Mesa Festival of Creativity invites you to immerse yourself in a "fantastic environment filled with amazing things to see and do.  It's Spring Break – don't spend it sitting around-come to the Mesa Arts Center for endless family fun March 9-18, noon – 9 p.m." Admission is free. 

Wonder at the atmospheric theater performance by colorful Spectrum and serene Transfix who will turn Mesa Arts Center's outdoor spaces into a poetic theatrical landscape.  Marvel at the creative invention and interactive sculptures from area artists and inventors. Enjoy visually stunning original percussion and stringed instruments, including the Earth Harp, the world's largest stringed instrument, performed by Mass Ensemble from Los Angeles. Hear live entertainment from 12:15 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. on the South Lawn Stage. Taste and satisfy your palette with a variety of wonderful food available at the food court.Engage with commissioned Interactive Art and Technology Projects created by team members from Arizona State University, University of Advancing Technology, HeatSync Labs, and Southwest Scrap Exchange.

Try your hand at puppet-making, ceramics, painting, jewelry-making and more in one hour studio samplers.    Create a 10 foot tall Lego sculpture with Building Bonanza. Watch Joseph "Sentrock" Perez and his ensemble of dancers, dj and percussionist as they paint an amazing work of art while break dancing on a canvas floor.  Add a strand to the Community Weaving project along Mesa Arts Center's fencing to help make a colorful public display. Make an Origami Bird which will be hung in the trees along Main Street. Observe a Giant Sidewalk Chalk Art Installation created by local artists Kyllan Maney and Lauren Lee. Combine your visit with a glimpse of Mesa Contemporary Arts' current exhibits including Best of AZ Watercolor Association and Shadow Kansas by Jeff Falk. 

Don't miss Architects-of-Air's incredible giant inflatable sculpture MIRAZOZO.  Based on the same design principles as AMOCOCO, which visited Mesa last March, MIRAZOZO is an incredible experience-for only $5. It's like walking inside a work of staiNed Glass.
