Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts has unveiled its 2016-17 season of music, dance, theater, comedy and more. The Center's star-studded lineup spans virtually every genre of the performing arts and highlights talent from around the globe, including Australia, Canada, Cuba, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Russia, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States. Additional events will be announced later in the summer.

Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts will celebrate its 40th anniversary with a star-studded 2015-16 season of music, dance, theater, comedy, film and more. Among the many highlights are performances by BalletBoyz, Margaret Cho, Joan Collins, Alan Cumming, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, Ana Gasteyer, The Hot Sardines, Jane Lynch, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and The TEN Tenors, all of whom will be making their Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts debuts, alongside returning favorites such as Lyle Lovett and John Hiatt, Arturo Sandoval and Poncho Sanchez, Martin Short, and Tommy Tune.
?Arizona's favorite ruler-wielding nun, Sister, is back in the habit at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts! Starring Patti Hannon, the Late Nite Catechism comedies return by popular demand Jan. 9 through March 28. The original Late Nite Catechism is performed on most Fridays at 8 p.m., and the sequel Late Nite Catechism III: 'Til Death Do Us Part runs on most Saturdays at 8 p.m. A special holiday treat, Sister's Easter Catechism: Will My Bunny Go to Heaven? also returns for a limited engagement March 31 through April 5.
